<p>Administrator - Phone Support</p> <p>Schedule: Full-time, 7:30am-4:30pm</p> <p>Pay: $22/hour + quarterly bonus opportunities</p> <p>We are seeking a dependable and Administrator (specific for phone support) to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This role is critical in creating a positive first impression and ensuring seamless communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls with efficiency and professionalism. As the face of our office, this individual will be stationed at the front desk and will also support a variety of administrative and office-related tasks as needed.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department. </li><li>Promptly and professionally answer and route incoming calls </li><li>Accurately take and relay detailed messages, ensuring timely follow-up </li><li>Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all phone interactions </li><li>Monitor the voicemail system and ensure all messages are addressed appropriately </li><li>Maintain an average live answering rate of at least 80% per month </li><li>Stay informed of personnel changes and updates to ensure accurate call routing </li><li>Welcome on-site visitors </li><li>Perform other clerical duties as needed, specifically daily in/outgoing mail, and UPS. </li><li>Ensure the office is stocked with the appropriate supplies and contact the correct person to order more. </li><li>Work closely with our Brand Ambassador with Company events and employee engagement </li></ul> <p>Key Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Positive attitude and capable of contributing each day to the company culture with how they greet each guest, handle each call and welcome both employees and visitors. </li><li>Clear communication skills - phone, mail, email, and in-person. </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong verbal communication skills. </li><li>Experience and fluency in Microsoft Office. </li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul>
