<p>We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic Lead to drive equipment reliability and support day-to-day facility operations. This role combines advanced troubleshooting across electrical (12VDC-480VAC), pneumatic, and mechanical systems with team leadership responsibilities, including training mechanics and promoting a proactive maintenance culture. You'll help manage CMMS accuracy, support inventory and parts organization, and step in to resolve issues-including occasional off-hours support.
