<p>Talent Attraction Partner / Recruiter (Full-Cycle)</p> <p>Location: Shakopee, MN (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)</p> <p>Employment Type: Full-Time</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated, inspired, and inclusive Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team in a full-cycle recruitment capacity. This hybrid role is based in Shakopee, MN, with an in-office presence required three days per week. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated proficiency in proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across a wide range of roles-from skilled manufacturing to corporate and professional-level positions.</p> <p>As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be essential in building a diverse and skillful workforce aligned with our organization's values, culture, and business goals.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. </li><li>Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent through proactive sourcing strategies (e.g., Boolean searches, job boards, social media, referrals, networking). </li><li>Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. </li><li>Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. </li><li>Screen applicants for qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment using behavioral and competency-based interview techniques. </li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring clear and timely communication. </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and produce recruitment reports as needed. </li><li>Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and community engagement activities to attract individuals with varied skills. </li><li>Stay current with industry trends, labor market data, and best practices in talent acquisition and inclusive hiring. </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications & Education:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including experience with both high-volume manufacturing roles and professional/corporate roles. </li><li>4-year degree preferred and/or a mix of education and experience </li><li>Demonstrated skill in effectively sourcing passive candidates using various tools and platforms. </li><li>Proficiency in systems like Workday, or similar platforms. </li><li>Proficient in interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. </li><li>Ability to self-direct projects and work collaboratively in an organized hybrid work environment. </li><li>Commitment to promoting an inclusive workplace and recruiting processes that support inclusion, equity, and belonging. </li><li>Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid work model, three days per week in-office, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in Shakopee, MN. </li><li>Less than 10% travel may be required for recruitment events and community engagement. </li></ul> <p>Pay Transparency Notice:</p> <ul> <li>The target total compensation for this position can range from $70,000 - $90,000, with a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of the fiscal year-end. </li><li>Compensation for roles at GN depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience </li><li>To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays </li></ul> <p>At GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible.
