A better future?</p> <p>We're Lear For You.</p> <p>PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER - 2nd SHIFT</p> <p>VANCE, ALABAMA -TUSCALOOSA PLANT</p> <p>As a member of the production team, the production team member will be responsible for?assuring safety standards are always followed and assuring that quality standards are always followed.</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>Your work will include, but not be limited to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Working according to established procedures and policies through teamwork.</p> </li><li> <p>Adhering to the standard work instructions (SWI).</p> </li><li> <p>Contributing fully to continuous improvement initiatives.
