<p>| POSITION Adult Education Finance Support Specialist</p> <p>| LOCATION Lesourdsville Campus</p> <p>| GENERAL DESCRIPTION</p> <p>The Adult Education Finance Support Specialist provides critical administrative and financial support to the Adult Education division. This position assists the Assistant Treasurer of Adult Education with managing financial aid processes, fiscal operations, reporting requirements, and compliance activities. As Adult Education programs continue to expand and enrollment increases, this role helps ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely service to students, staff, and partner organizations.</p> <p>This position works 1st shift, 8 hours per day Monday - Friday. Example: 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm</p> <p>| QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in Education, Finance, Economics, or related field, Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education and experience; </li><li>At least three years of student support services and/or school district finance office experience preferred; </li><li>Knowledge of financial aid and/or reporting requirements preferred; </li><li>Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service; </li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform general duties of the Treasurer's office; </li><li>Knowledge of accounting principles; </li><li>Ability to work effectively with a variety of community members from vast backgrounds and age groups; </li><li>Effective and demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, analytical, oral and written communication, and organizational skills; </li><li>Excellent attention to detail; </li><li>History of strong work record, including good job attendance; and </li><li>Documented evidence of acceptable criminal record as required by Ohio law and Board Policy. </li></ul> <p>| STARTING DATE Early 2026</p> <p>| SALARY Based upon experience and education (Range: $65,245 - 84,912)</p> <p>| BENEFITS Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; tuition reimbursement; paid sick and vacation time</p> <p>| WORK YEAR 260 days/year (12-month calendar); 8 hours/day</p> <p>| DEADLINE Internal: December 8, 2025; External: Until Filled</p> <p>| APPLY TO Butler Tech Careers</p>
