The Assembly Technician will be part of a team building drones, radar systems, and electromechanical assemblies in a climate-controlled manufacturing setting. No formal experience is required - just a willingness to learn, work hard, and be coachable.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform mechanical assembly of drones, radar systems, and electromechanical components </li><li>Use basic hand tools for assembly tasks </li><li>Follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards </li><li>Collaborate with team members in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment* Entry-level or slightly experienced candidates welcome </li><li>Coachable, reliable, and hard-working-must show up and be willing to learn </li><li>Basic soldering skills (connectors, lap slices, cups) </li><li>Board-level rework experience is a plus but not required </li></ul> <p>Hands-on mechanical experience (professional or hobbyist), such as:</p> <ul> <li>Tinkering with cars </li><li>Robotics or drone projects </li><li>Shop class or similar experience </li></ul>
