This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and qualify roles, setting up interviews, and attending career fairs and networking events.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing candidates. </li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and qualify roles. </li><li>Source candidates through various channels and build a diverse pool of candidates. </li><li>Set up and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. </li><li>Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract top talent. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources. </li><li>Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in government contracting, technology, defense, or aerospace. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is based in an office environment. The organization is at the forefront of developing the next generation of National Defense High Energy Laser (HEL) technologies. These HEL weapon systems are designed to be rugged and compact, thriving in the most challenging environments. The company is expanding its operations, with ongoing proposals and bids in progress.</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Longmont, CO.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $50.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
