<p>JOIN TEAM TRILOGY Summary Responsible for HVAC services and for repairing and/or replacement needs, installing, maintaining and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment. Ensures compliance with all federal and state regulatory codes. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs. 2. Inspects HVAC systems and their components (e.g., heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs and recommending preventive maintenance. 3. Installs and replaces compressors, heating and air conditioning equipment and systems providing enhanced and/or upgraded capabilities. 4. Participates in meetings, workshops, training and seminars as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions. 5. Performs routine and preventative maintenance as needed, ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems. 6. Repairs heating and air conditioning systems and/or components (e.g. pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.), ensuring a comfortable work environment. 7. Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair. 8. Minimal travel including overnight stay as necessary. POSITION OVERVIEW Qualifications: • High School degree with two (2) years trade school or equivalent experience and training. Licenses/Certifications: • Must maintain current KY HVAC Journeyman's or Master's License • Type I and Type II Refrigerant Certifications Experience: • Three (3) to five (5) years' HVAC experience in commercial environment. Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred.
