<p>The Store Analyst will support the execution of the company's financial plans (GMROI, sales, and margin) by reviewing store opportunities and strategically allocating product to drive business for a 6-12 departments. Ensure that all new fashion flows are flawlessly executed to provide a "best in class" experience for our customer. Respond and collaborate with the merchant, planner and field organization to guarantee appropriate mix, depth, and breadth of inventory at an individual store level.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the inventory plan at the store level and/or alpha group </li><li>Execute initial fashion flows, fashion replenishment, and transfers of products in order to maximize sales and optimize inventory. Achieve turn objectives at a department and/or division level </li><li>Manage individual store inventory analyzing weeks on hand, weeks of supply, open to ship, balance of ownership relative to deliveries and flow. </li><li>Manage continuous flow of inventory through DC in collaboration with DC partners </li><li>Conduct supply chain pipeline review and call out inventory flow challenges </li><li>Review product performance at style and region/district/store level (Dept/season/store/category/style/size) </li><li>Pull reports and data for departmental use </li><li>Attend weekly meetings with planning, allocation and merchant partners </li><li>Provide feedback from stores relative to product that is underperforming or exceeding expectations. </li><li>Ensure stores are clear on replenishment strategies, new flows, and preparation for future events. </li><li>Manage allocations to support sales forecast, receipt flows, markdown strategies and future on order. </li><li>Collaborate with Senior Store Analyst to understand weekly strategies and execute allocations to reflect these. </li><li>Review depth and breadth of assortment, populate distribution sheets and present back to Allocation Manager </li><li>Create, review and manage size scales with initial allocation for new deliveries and stores </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience required (4+ years) </li><li>1-2 years of experience in related role (Inventory Management, Allocation Analyst, Stock, Inventory Analyst etc.) </li><li>Store line sales or stock experience is a plus </li><li>Possess strategic analysis skills </li><li>Meets and strives to increase productivity standards; looks for ways to improve and promote quality </li><li>Basic Math Skills: intermediate Microsoft Windows Applications, specifically Excel </li><li>Work collaboratively with cross functional team </li><li>Written and verbal communication </li><li>Ability to present and recommend strategies to build a business case/develop a point of view </li><li>Adapt to a fast pace ever changing environment </li><li>Travel may be required, based on business needs. </li><li>Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position. </li><li>Must have authorization to work in the United States. </li></ul>
