We are also operating Sweden's largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Manager to join our growing team in Ogden, Utah. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of transportation carrier management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to optimizetransportation operations.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage daily transportation operations, including route planning and performance monitoring </li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with transportation carriers and third-party logistics providers </li><li>Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards </li><li>Site budget management and identifying cost-saving opportunities </li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of drivers and logistics personnel </li><li>Implement strategies to improve service levels, reduce delays, and increase overall efficiency </li><li>Analyze transportation data and KPIs to support continuous improvement efforts </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams </li></ul> <p>We expect you to:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 6 years of experience in transportation or carrier management </li><li>Strong knowledge of transportation logistics, DOT compliance, and fleet management </li><li>Active CDL (Class A) preferred </li><li>Proven leadership and team development skills </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities </li></ul> <p>We offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary </li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Paid time off and holidays </li><li>Opportunities for advancement in a growing organization </li></ul> <p>This is a full-time position based in Ogden, Utah.
