Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <p>? Reports to the Internal Audit and Compliance Committee regarding policy, purpose,</p> <p>responsibilities and authority.</p> <p>? Reports to the Vice President and General Counsel regarding administrative matters.</p> <p>? Ensures timely creation and revisions of internal controls for slots, table games, cage, marketing</p> <p>and other gaming related activities.</p> <p>? Coordinates and ensures that all regulatory filings are completed and submitted on time as</p> <p>required.</p> <p>? Maintains accurate and detailed records of regulatory correspondence, compliance audits,</p> <p>investigations and related filings.</p> <p>? Develops and submits the required reports according to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board</p> <p>regulations.</p> <p>? Acts as liaison with PGCB on initiatives related to obtaining regulatory approval.</p> <p>? Serves as the Company's BSA Officer and ensures compliance with Title 31, Office of Foreign</p> <p>Asset Controls (OFAC), Anti-Money laundering (AML), state regulations and requirements,</p> <p>established company and department policies & procedures.</p> <p>? Leads the company's quarterly Compliance Committee meetings ensuring compliance with</p> <p>federal regulations.</p> <p>? Works with departments to address deficiencies and to comply with gaming regulations.</p> <p>? Examines policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.</p> <p>? Stays current on changes to federal and state laws and gaming regulations affecting the</p> <p>management, operations, and product offerings of the casino.</p> <p>? Coordinates with legal counsel and operating departments to ensure adherence to laws and</p> <p>regulations relating to new or revised internal gaming controls.</p> <p>? Oversees the revision, preparation, and dissemination of new and updated compliance standards</p> <p>and procedures.</p> <p>? Keeps all Internal Controls up to date and on file with regulatory authorities.</p> <p>? Coordinates, supervises, and supports compliance-related programs, such as compliance training,</p> <p>compliance testing and reporting, license renewals, periodic filings, media notifications and floor</p> <p>moves.</p> <p>? Responsible for gaming notifications and filings for OPs.</p> <p>? Ensures that CTRs and SARs are audited and filed timely.</p> <p>? Informs and advises management of conditions and status of establishment adherence to laws and</p> <p>regulations.</p> <p>? Consults with and advises operating units and managers affected by compliance issues and</p> <p>regulatory requirements.</p> <p>? Coordinates the vendor licensing process with vendors as required by the Pennsylvania Gaming</p> <p>Control Board.</p> <p>? Performs all other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>? Must be 18 years or older.</p> <p>? Bachelor's Degree required.</p> <p>? 8 or more years' experience in compliance, audit, legal, finance or risk management.</p> <p>? 2 or more years' casino regulatory experience preferred.</p> <p>? Prior management experience preferred.</p> <p>? Strong working knowledge of internal accounting control procedures.</p> <p>? Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.</p> <p>? Ability to communicate with team members and guests.</p> <p>? Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.</p> <p>? Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.</p> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <p>? Frequently required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.</p> <p>? Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.</p> <p>? Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.</p>
