<p>Duties</p> <p>Instructional Assignment</p> <ul> <li>Spanish I-II and III-IV as needed; </li><li>Possible to expand to junior high; </li><li>RtI Support and study hall; </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills/Interests/Experiences</p> <ul> <li>Prior teaching experience and/or additional endorsements; </li><li>Knowledge of project-based learning and hands-on learning to integrate standard for culture acquisition; </li><li>Small Group Instruction, Differentiation, Data Analysis, Positive Classroom Management; </li></ul> <p>Traits</p> <ul> <li>Strong commitment to Tri-Point Community; </li><li>Flexible and innovative in instructional design and delivery; </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with students and parents; </li><li>Desire to contribute to the successful reputation of the organization; </li><li>A belief that all students can learn and be successful. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Spanish/Foreign Language endorsement as required by the Illinois State Board of Education. </li><li>Or willing to obtain a Spanish/Foreign Language endorsement; </li><li>Or bachelors degree in a related field with willingness to obtain licensure. </li></ul> <p>Salary/Benefits</p> <p>Salary Range w/board paid TRS: $44,301.31-$72,235.38 based on experience and education</p> <p>Benefits : Board Paid $25,000 Life Insurance and Board Paid $550 towards Individual Health Insurance. Board will pay an additional $100 for employees that choose Employee+Spouse or Employee+Child and an additional $200 for employees that choose Employee + Family</p> <p>Additional Notes</p> <p>Tri-Point High School's mission is to help EVERY STUDENT FIND A POSITIVE PATHWAY FORWARD.
