Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery to our customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Be a product expert to understand customers' needs and provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and edit customer artwork for their custom orders to ensure it is production ready.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.
