<p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Assistant Branch Manager participates in a comprehensive retail training program while working toward individual sales</p> <p>targets. In collaboration with the Branch Manager, this role helps cultivate a motivated sales and service team, ensuring that each</p> <p>member contributes to the branch's success through a consultative sales methodology.</p> <p>A key responsibility of the Assistant Branch Manager is the development of team members through one-on-one coaching sessions</p> <p>and performance accountability. Additionally, this role focuses on strengthening customer relationships through proactive</p> <p>initiatives, which may include limited participation in community events and business networking opportunities.</p> <p>Education and Experience Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree with one year demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals is required. Will consider High School</p> <p>Diploma/GED with five years demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.</p> <p>Retail Banking experience preferred.</p> <p>One year of managerial or supervisory experience is required.</p> <p>Ability to travel as needed to training.</p> <p>A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.</p> <p>Candidates being considered will be subject to additional background checks as required by the Office of the Comptroller of the</p> <p>Currency.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>Lead the branch's development of new customer relationships by greeting customers in the branch, scheduling</p> <p>appointments with leads, and conducting outbound calling efforts.</p> <p>Assume a leadership role while motivating and holding team members accountable, assist Branch Manager in evaluating</p> <p>team member performance.</p> <p>Assist the team in all areas of branch operations including branch audits, security, and scheduling.</p> <p>Make sound, balanced decisions that prioritize risk management, profitability, and customer satisfaction in each</p> <p>transaction.</p> <p>Arithmetic skills to count money accurately.</p> <p>Computer literacy to access account information and process transactions.</p> <p>Develop a thorough knowledge of Bank products and guidelines by attending the required classes.</p> <p>Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.</p> <p>Maintain the highest level of professional integrity and ethics.</p> <p>All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by</p> <p>understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar</p> <p>Bank's risk management program.
