The court system employs nearly 3,300 personnel who support 406 elected justices, judges, and circuit court clerks.</p> <p>The Department of Specialty Courts has an immediate opening for (2) two Program Project Coordinators.</p> <p>Responsible for administrative, clerical duties to assist the department staff in programs and projects including the preparation, review, and maintenance of all special projects. Other coordinator responsibilities will include the court improvement program, legal training, and other family law initiatives.</p> <p>The Program Project Coordinator positions are in Jefferson County but will also cover other counties.</p> <p>Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Calendaring department resources. </li><li>Facilitating and coordinating project meetings as requested. </li><li>Assisting with submission of requested project management. </li><li>Assisting with customer support inquiries. </li><li>Working with staff to provide assistance as time allows on project activities writing and editing department artifacts including policies, procedures, and practices. </li><li>Maintaining department documents, records, and repositories. </li><li>Coordinating schedules and travel for conferences/meetings. </li><li>Assisting with department duties such as special projects, grants, site visits. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree</p> <p>EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: NONE</p> <p>Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE</p> <p>Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Assoc./2 yrs. job related experience or High School Diploma /4yrs.job related experience</p> <p>SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): Must have and maintain a valid Kentucky driver's license.
