External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.</p> <p>Your Role:</p> <p>As a Truck Operator 1 with MilliporeSigma, you will operate box trucks, tractor trailers, and forklifts to move a combination of chemicals and components between the St. Louis MilliporeSigma facilities and 3PL warehouses. This position is a Monday-Friday day shift, that is strictly local deliveries and pickups. This position is directly responsible for ensuring MilliporeSigma compliance with DOT regulations. Specific responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the safe movement of hazardous material </li><li>Provide outside customer support </li><li>Perform multiple warehouse functions at various sites as needed </li></ul> <p>Physical Attributes:</p> <ul> <li>Lifting of up to 50 lbs </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Class A CDL license </li><li>1+ years of experience driving a commercial vehicle </li><li>1+ years of Forklift operator experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Hazmat, EAP and drug and alcohol certification </li><li>Class A CDL license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, and airbrake restriction lifted </li><li>Experience working with SAP and/or SAP Next or any warehouse management system </li><li>knowledge of warehousing and inventory processes </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to work in a team and independently </li></ul> <p>RSREMD</p> <p>What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
