Led by its purpose to drive energy transition, Sembcorp delivers sustainable energy solutions and urban developments by leveraging its sector expertise and global track record.</p> <p>Key roles and responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct and disseminate daily tracking of media coverage and industry trends across priority markets to identify relevant coverage, emerging issues and reputational risks. </li><li>Draft in-house topical articles and briefing materials to support consistent messaging and corporate storytelling. </li><li>Assess and recommend speaking opportunities. </li><li>Coordinate the prompt release of press releases, and corporate news across all traditional and digital channels. </li><li>Ensure approved news is updated and published promptly across relevant channels (e.g. website newsroom, internal updates, social media where applicable). </li><li>Drive the adoption of AI tools to automate media inbox monitoring and streamline speaking engagement assessments and sponsorship reviews. </li><li>Oversee sponsorship compliance and governance to ensure partnerships align with organisational values and strategic objectives. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & experience</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related discipline. </li><li>4-6 years of relevant experience in media relations, corporate communications or public affairs (in house or agency). </li><li>Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills in English.
