We employ 13,000 dedicated team members and maintain more than 200 million square feet daily.</p> <p>Job Skills / Requirements</p> <p>FLOOR TECH</p> <p>Pay: $18.00 per hour</p> <p>Shift: Monday - Friday</p> <p>Hours: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM</p> <p>NOW HIRING - EXPERIENCED FLOOR TECH</p> <p>We are looking for a reliable Floor Technician with experience in Carpet Cleaning and VCT Flooring to help maintain a clean and professional facility. Duties include carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors. Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inches, as well as 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment, and maintain all floor cleaning equipment including buffers, burnishers, carpet cleaning machines, and water extraction equipment while following all established safety procedures. Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs, have an excellent work history, be team-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced physical environment, pay close attention to detail, and have reliable transportation.
