<p>System Architect - Power electronics for High Voltage Systems</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Candidates based in San Jose, MI or Phoenix, AZ are preferred. We are also open to considering candidates located remotely in the US.</p> <p>Department:</p> <p>Strategic Segment Marketing</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a highly experienced System Architect to lead the definition and architectural development of solid-state power device solutions for safety-critical systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive innovation at the intersection of power electronics, functional safety, and system integration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation power electronics platforms by collaborating with cross-functional teams and OEM/ Tier 1 partners to deliver robust, scalable, and standards-compliant system architectures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/ Tier 1, contributing to the definition and development of complex, system-level architectures. This includes cross-functional collaboration across hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to align technical requirements with product strategy and customer needs.</p>
