<p>The Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver is to assist the Delivery Team in the execution and preparation of Chick-fil-A Delivery orders. The Delivery Driver is an extension of Chick-fil-A Jefferson Commons and is to help ensure a remarkable experience for each guest they come in contact with whilst also protecting the brand. Deliveries may range from 1-15 miles away from Chick-fil-A Jefferson Commons and hours of service are from 6AM-8:30PM.</p> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years or older </li><li>Valid state-issued driver's license </li><li>Clean driving record </li><li>Reliable transportation </li><li>Reliable communication (smartphone required) </li><li>Previous delivery driver experience is preferred, but not required </li><li>Available for day shift or evening shift Monday-Saturday </li><li>Help differentiate Chick-fil-A from other delivery options </li><li>Deliver food to guests </li><li>Ensure quality and accuracy of all orders </li><li>Listen to customer concerns as they arise during a delivery and provide a solution if applicable. </li><li>Deliver to customers in a safe and timely manner </li><li>Provide second-mile service to all guests </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <p>Professionalism</p> <p>Time Management/Punctual Interpersonal Communication</p> <p>Organized/Task Management</p> <p>Hospitality/Customer Service</p> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
