<p>Employee Type: Regular Experience: 4+ years of experience in hardware testing Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux/Windows environments and Python/Bash scripting Testing electronic systems including hardware, software, subsystems, and firmware Testing analog, digital, and RF boards and systems Developing and executing test plans to support ongoing and new product development programs Perform root-cause analysis on complex digital, analog, and RF failures, working directly with engineering and external manufacturers to resolve component-level issues Operating in both Windows and Linux based system environments Executing and developing test scripts in Bash, PowerShell, and Python Analyzing test results and generating test reports Ability to read an electrical schematic and understand its function Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear reports Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality product.
