Tegra Medical has an opportunity for a Clean Room Operator I on 1st shift at our Dartmouth facility.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Performs a variety of hand based manufacturing, assembly, and / or packaging operations in an ISO controlled environment space (clean room). Performs in-process inspections and documents results. Collects manufacturing data and enters it into ERP systems. Reads and follows work instructions and performs operations autonomously and / or under direct supervision.</p> <p>Role and Responsibilities</p> <p>Ability to use inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, comparator, etc.).</p> <p>Maintains a high standard of quality.</p> <p>Performs first piece and in-process inspection(s)</p> <p>Keeps record of all inspections and parts run.</p> <p>Strive to maximize efficiency and improve quality.</p> <p>Perform ERP system transactions.</p> <p>Flexible with the ability to change job priorities as instructed.</p> <p>Comfortable with cross-functional tasks to support a continuously improving environment.</p> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Ability to work with small diameter parts requiring tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.</p> <p>Ability to read blueprints/drawings and follow work instructions.</p> <p>Have good mechanical and math aptitude.</p> <p>1-2 years industrial experience in manufacturing/machine operating desirable</p> <p>Good communication skills.</p> <p>Dependable, efficient, and productive work habits</p> <p>Good problem-solving skills.</p> <p>Education Requirements</p> <p>High School diploma or GED, or graduate of a vocational school in manufacturing/machining</p>
