<p>Job Description Summary:</p> <p>Aviagen is seeking a self-motivated individual with supervisory skills to lead the Vaccination Foreman position within the team. The Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of multiple move crews. Move crews are responsible for bird moving, bag shavings, and trailer washing.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised</p> </li><li> <p>Strong sense of personal responsibility</p> </li><li> <p>Team-oriented</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a strong work ethic and good attendance record</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and people skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic chemical understanding is a strong plus</p> </li><li> <p>Able to withstand exposure to dry, dusty environments, the ongoing presence of farm-related smells or foul odors, and extreme climate exposure, both hot and cold</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a valid driver's license</p> </li></ul> <p>All required clothing and necessary PPE are provided.</p> <p>The following duties vary according to the needs of the department.
