Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.</p> <p>Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.</p> <p>US: $136000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits</p> <p>Learn more about benefits at Google.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Create and execute a landing plan to translate a GTM strategic priority initiative into training and a narrative for managers, sellers and partners by leveraging existing channels. </li><li>Impact and assess the impact of changes by persona and assess field readiness. </li><li>Act as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with key GTM stakeholders. </li><li>Drive field engagement and adoption by applying standardized methodologies, leveraging always-on communication channels, and cultivating a global network of change advocates. </li><li>Establish a continuous feedback loop to measure field adoption and drive ongoing improvements in how effectively we land change with managers, sellers, and partners. </li></ul>
