<p>Vice President, Marketing</p> <p>Location: Wilmington, DE</p> <p>Hybrid: 3 days on-site, Tuesday-Thursday</p> <p>AAA Club Alliance (ACA) is seeking a transformative Vice President of Marketing to lead our enterprise-wide marketing function and drive data-driven, omnichannel strategies aligned with our long-term business goals. This executive leader will unify fragmented marketing efforts, elevate personalization through a robust MarTech ecosystem (Adobe, Salesforce, GenAI), and position marketing as a center of excellence delivering measurable impact across both regulated and non-regulated revenue streams.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead and execute the enterprise marketing strategy across multiple business lines with accountability for outcomes tied to our 3-year strategic plan. </li><li>Oversee brand management, creative direction, internal teams (content, social, email), and agency partnerships assuring unified brand experience across all channels. </li><li>Drive marketing transformation through advanced campaign planning, marketing automation, segmentation, and performance measurement. </li><li>Serve as the primary steward of the ACA and AAA brands, ensuring consistent brand identity and adherence to national brand standards. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally to translate business priorities into marketing execution, with strong collaboration across silos in a matrixed environment. </li><li>Lead outsourced market research initiatives to inform brand health, customer segmentation, and growth opportunities. </li><li>Optimize use of ACA's marketing technology stack including Adobe Campaign, Workfront, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and emerging GenAI capabilities. </li><li>Manage multiple budgets-both department-controlled and those shared with business line stakeholders-to ensure ROI-driven marketing investments. </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <p>Strategic & Technical Strengths</p> <ul> <li>Deep experience in multi-product, multi-demographic marketing environments </li><li>Proficiency across digital, paid media, social, and direct marketing channels </li><li>Expertise with Adobe (Campaign, Target, Analytics, Workfront) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud </li><li>Skilled in segmentation strategy, data science collaboration, personalization, and marketing mix modeling </li><li>Understanding of membership-based models, customer retention strategies, and lifetime value frameworks </li></ul> <p>Leadership & Communication</p> <ul> <li>Inspiring and confident leader with executive presence and a bias for action </li><li>Track record of building high-performing, agile teams </li><li>Politically astute and collaborative across functions with strong stakeholder influence </li><li>Comfortable presenting to senior executives and board-level audiences </li><li>Motivated by competitive success but grounded in integrity and cross-functional trust </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>12+ years of progressive marketing leadership; MBA strongly preferred </li><li>Experience in Personal Lines Insurance or similarly regulated industries </li><li>Prior experience unifying brand and campaign efforts in a matrixed organization </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage both in-house and agency marketing teams </li><li>Experience integrating AI and data science into marketing workflows </li><li>Familiarity with non-dues revenue models and multi-channel member engagement strategies </li></ul> <p>First-Year Focus</p> <ul> <li>MarTech Optimization - Integrate and modernize campaign execution through Adobe, Salesforce, and GenAI </li><li>Brand Cohesion - Unify messaging across business lines and increase penetration of ACA services within the member base </li><li>Performance Strategy - Build marketing attribution frameworks and support demand generation </li><li>Team Development - Scale and elevate internal teams, establishing clear KPIs and fostering excellence in execution </li></ul> <p>Juno Search Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
