Herc Rentals serves customers through approximately 450+ locations and has about 7,600 employees in North America as of March 31, 2025.</p> <p>Job Purpose</p> <p>The District Manager of Operations oversees the management of all assigned branches within a specific region to ensure equipment rental services are executed in the most cost-effective manner with the highest quality of standards. Responsible for establishing and maintaining operations, organizations, and processes that support the strategic objectives of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and asset management including profitability.
