<p>Job Function:</p> <ul> <li>Responsibilities include inventory control, receiving and labeling incoming raw materials from suppliers or production areas. Performing work related to warehouse activities. Performing inventory reconciliations and adjustments as needed from physical counts in production areas versus system quantities. Assisting or leading other special projects or activities as needed. </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform inventory control function - using production sheets and Oracle system complete batch usages and reconcile materials used and returned to warehouse </li><li>Perform periodic cycle counts based on system versus physical counts in production areas </li><li>Responsible for receiving and labeling raw materials returned from production areas </li><li>Responsible for receiving and labeling incoming raw materials </li><li>Saturday overtime required once per month to complete batches, returns and inventory adjustments at each month/period end </li><li>Perform work related to warehouse activities as needed such as Mock Recalls, labeling and other duties </li><li>Lead special projects as assigned </li></ul> <p>Working Relationships:</p> <p>Internal:</p> <ul> <li>Operational personnel (Engineers, Mechanics, Electricians) </li><li>Chemical/Packaging Buyers </li><li>Warehouse, Planning, Accounting, Lab and other department personnel </li></ul> <p>External:</p> <ul> <li>Service providers for Bradford </li><li>Suppliers of inventory materials </li><li>Customers on customer supplied materials </li></ul> <p>Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <p>Reading Comprehension, Active Listening, Time Management, Critical Thinking, Judgement and Decision Making, Complex Problem Solving, Management of Personnel Resources, Management of Material Resources, Warehouse Management Systems</p>
