Our commercial division is growing, and we're seeking a Commercial Roofing Production Supervisor to join our Indianapolis team immediately. If you are looking for a career-not just a job-with advancement opportunities, Bone Dry Roofing is the place for you.</p> <p>Responsibilities and Duties</p> <ul> <li>Start all jobs with meeting with homeowner/ business owner </li><li>Oversee work of all project managers </li><li>Pick up or order all materials for job </li><li>Perform quality control on all jobs </li><li>Approve time cards/ commission reports </li><li>Collect payment on all projects </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Hands on Commercial Roofing experience in installation and repairs </li><li>Former experience managing staff/personnel </li><li>Prior experience with meeting clients and prospects face to face </li><li>Customer service focus and diligent mindset </li><li>Previous experience working in Low slope roofing systems </li><li>Willingness to work long hours during busy season </li><li>Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month March-November and 1 Saturday a month November-March </li><li>Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck </li><li>Ability to pass a background check </li></ul> <p>Compensations and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>$40,000-$80,000 annual potential (base pay+ highly achievable bonuses) </li><li>Medical, vision, and dental insurance </li><li>401(k) plan </li><li>PTO, vacation, and sick </li><li>Company phone, truck and fuel provided </li><li>On site gym with shower facilities </li></ul> <p>Bone Dry Roofing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
