<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Commercial Leasing Manager will oversee leasing operations within their territory, including identifying qualified prospects and securing tenants at or above plan; leading negotiations for new leases and renewal negotiations; managing tenant relationships and retention strategies; marketing and maintaining online listings across industry platforms; ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations; supporting coordination of tenant buildouts and lease-ready work efforts; and maintaining CRM data while preparing regular leasing activity reports.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Leasing & Negotiations</p> <ul> <li>Experience in leasing multiple asset classes including office, retail and industrial flex. </li><li>Secure qualified tenants for vacant units at or above budget expectations. </li><li>Lead the end-to-end deal process - from proposal, RFPs and client presentations through negotiation and document review to lease signing. </li><li>Execute strategic renewals to support optimal occupancy. </li><li>Conduct property tours and screen prospective tenants. </li><li>Identify new business opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Portfolio Support & Operations</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Operations/Property Management to maintain market-ready spaces and properties. </li><li>Visit all vacant units no less than quarterly and all properties regularly. </li><li>Manage third-party brokers as needed. </li></ul> <p>Market, Analytics & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Lead marketing efforts across LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi, Commercial Café, PS website, craigslist, and social media. </li><li>Maintain property competitive sets and asset plans. </li><li>Stay on top of market statistics and trends. </li><li>Support annual budget process with accurate market intel. </li><li>Maintain CRM daily. </li><li>Provide ongoing leasing activity reports. </li><li>Work with Accounting to resolve tenant rent or collection issues. </li><li>Support special projects as assigned. </li></ul>
