<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement </li><li>Salary: $112,320 - $140,400 plus annual target bonus </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversees all Financial Reporting and Analysis activities related to the company's Trade and Promotions activity and leads the development of standard financial reporting, budgets and KPI's for the Sales and Commercial Finance team</p> </li><li> <p>Develops insights, backed by data, and collaborates closely with the company's Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Sales Operations, and Sales teams to act on those insights.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis and recommendations related to Trade and Promotions and collaborate with leadership to determine and implement corrective action as needed for Trade and Promotions</p> </li><li> <p>Establish key metrics and monthly review cadence with business partners, to monitor the health of the company's Trade and Promotions</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the business to identify opportunities to improve profitability and the effectiveness of the Trade and Promotions spend and implement changes across the company as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the creation of new and improved management reports, dashboards, metrics, KPIs, flash reports, performance indicators and business drivers for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and periodic presentations to leadership team</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
