<p>Overview:</p> <p>Job Title: IT Engineer - Identity and Access Management (IAM)</p> <p>Location: Remote</p> <p>Job Type: Project Based- 4-6 months</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer with hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing IAM tools to ensure secure and efficient access across enterprise systems.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, deploy, and maintain IAM solutions using tools such as SailPoint, Veza, Opal, Saviynt, or similar platforms. </li><li>Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to define and enforce access policies and governance frameworks. </li><li>Automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. </li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems to ensure high availability and performance. </li><li>Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and remediate access-related vulnerabilities. </li><li>Support integration of IAM tools with cloud and on-premise applications. </li><li>Document IAM processes, workflows, and technical configurations. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience with one or more IAM platforms: SailPoint, Veza, Opal, Saviynt, or equivalent. </li><li>Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC models, and access certification. </li><li>Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), SSO, and MFA technologies. </li><li>Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation. </li><li>Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Certifications in IAM or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer). </li><li>Experience with cloud IAM (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Workspace). </li><li>Background in IT security, networking, or systems administration. </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company.
