<p>Overall Responsibilities:</p> <p>A process engineer designs, optimizes, and operates industrial processes to improve efficiency and quality. They work in many industries, including manufacturing, food production, and petrochemicals.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and evaluate: Assess existing processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. </li><li>Develop and implement: Create new processes and strategies, including safety procedures. </li><li>Monitor and adjust: Use data to adjust variables like temperature, machine speed, and material input. </li><li>Ensure compliance: Comply with environmental regulations and incorporate green engineering principles. </li><li>Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve issues and conflicts </li><li>Communicate: Articulate technical information to stakeholders, including non-technical team members </li></ul> <p>Characteristics and skills:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in automotive aftermarket, specifically WD aftermarket and E-commerce </li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills </li><li>Highly motivated with winning and positive attitude </li><li>Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers and copiers. </li><li>Ability to work independently. </li><li>Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>Educational and other requirements:</p> <ul> <li>bachelor's degree in engineering </li><li>Experience with process simulations </li><li>Knowledge of process engineering software packages, such as CAD or AutoCAD </li><li>Familiarity with health and safety regulations </li><li>Strong analytical and interpersonal skills </li><li>Good practical experience with CAD or AutoCAD </li><li>Must be an initiative-taker capable of working both independently, as well as part of a team. </li><li>A true "collaborative" leader that embraces the idea that he/she is the "go-to" person. </li></ul> <p>Required Education: Bachelor's Degree</p> <p>Travel Percentage: 10.0</p> <p>Travel Required: Yes</p> <p>Virtual Job: false</p>
