<p>Kforce has a client in Farmington, CT that is seeking a HRIT & Testing Specialist responsible for taking the lead role in testing and build a trusted relationship with global key stakeholders across HR functional areas, Colleague Shared Services and Center of Expertise (COEs).</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide testing direction, enterprise-wide testing approach and implement a testing and signoff process for large and small projects </li><li>Work with stakeholders to understand project deliverables and test requirements </li><li>Perform an analysis of system configuration and work with functional leads to understand the specific configuration </li><li>Create and executive test steps using both automated and manual testing methods and present results </li><li>Facilitate virtual global end-user testing to prove the future state functionality is working as expected </li><li>Facilitate daily issue resolution meetings, ensure defects are fully resolved and obtain signoffs </li><li>Oversee the completion of automated HCM and Security test packets and resolve issues </li><li>Working in an agile environment working with global implementations and operations teams </li><li>Support & Development of applications </li><li>Testing of the applications </li><li>Coordination with users for UAT* 3rd party payroll ADP and other GXP, Meta4 experience </li><li>ServiceNow experience </li><li>Testing experience </li><li>UAT issue-fixing experience </li><li>Hands-on Workday experience </li><li>Configuration and payroll connector integrations experience </li></ul>
