This role oversees large-scale teams responsible for delivering high-quality cabin cleaning services in a fast-paced, highly regulated aviation environment. The GM ensures operational excellence, drives safety and compliance standards, strengthens client relationships, and manages performance outcomes across staffing, budget, and service delivery.
