As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory.</p> <p>As a Specimen Collector II:</p> <ul> <li>Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens </li><li>Process and package collections for shipping </li><li>Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory </li><li>Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information </li><li>Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal </li><li>Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite </li><li>Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable) </li></ul>
