This position will be responsible for delivering an Experience of a Lifetime to Wilmot Mountain Guests. With a large focus on after school groups, tubing and snow sports outings, this position will be responsible for retaining existing legacy groups while also recruiting new mid-week group business. This candidate should be committed to their role as an optimistic advocate for change, and as a growth leader to their team members.</p> <p>Job Specifications:</p> <ul> <li>Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $26.53/hr </li><li>Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 </li><li>Shift Type: Full Time hours available </li><li>Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age </li><li>Season Length: October 1st - March 30th </li><li>Housing Availability: No </li></ul> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Acts as the primary point of contact for all group-related coordination, communication and execution. </li><li>Lead Outbound and Inbound Group Sales efforts for the resort including Email, Phone and occasional in-person outreach. </li><li>Lead a small team responsible for order creation, facilitation, refunds, and invoice processing. </li><li>Maintain up to date knowledge on resort products, policies, and operations, coordinating with other departments as necessary </li><li>Lead daily operations of product sales such as opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and sale supervision as necessary </li><li>Assist with hiring, support, and training of product sales team members in daily operations </li><li>Monitor and document teammate performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, providing recognition, correction action or escalations if necessary </li><li>Receive and assess guest questions, comments and complaints providing timely resolutions </li><li>Monitor and maintain sales facilities, equipment, and inventory </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED Equivalent </li><li>2+ years' experience in customer service or ticket sales required </li><li>Experience in a similar Group Coordinator role (Preferred) </li><li>Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements </li><li>Must be able to communicate fluently in English, with additional languages preferred </li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends </li><li>Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time </li><li>Ability to lift up to 25lbs </li></ul> <p>The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $26.53/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
