<p>The Bus Person is responsible for providing guests with efficient and friendly service, while maintaining a clean dining environment to ensure our guests return visit.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Sincerely greet each guest at their table and genuinely thank the guests.</p> </li><li> <p>Know the script and hours/days of operation of restaurants.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides initial and ongoing beverage service for the guest.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for clearing, cleaning and resetting tables.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for maintaining the required levels of supplies in the dining room.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete shift side work requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Adheres to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of six months' bussing experience is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be flexible to work any day of the week and any shift.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to repeatedly lift 40 lbs. to chest.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent customer relations and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to speak and understand English.</p> </li></ul>
