<p>Akkodis is seeking an Enterprise Architect for a Contract with a client in Louisville, KY. You will lead governance processes by creating ARB artifacts and coordinating approvals, while ensuring successful cloud environment provisioning and application onboarding.</p> <p>Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Enterprise Architect job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create and manage ARB artifacts by collaborating with application teams and ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate governance reviews and approvals with Enterprise Architects, incorporating feedback and finalizing documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Provision target state cloud environments and oversee application onboarding activities, including security and compliance checks.</p> </li><li> <p>Guide modernization efforts by refactoring legacy applications into microservices and supporting containerized deployments.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain governance processes and dashboards, tracking artifact status and environment build progress.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as liaison between stakeholders, providing guidance on ARB requirements, onboarding steps, and timelines.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, and governance coordination.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).</p> </li><li> <p>Proven expertise in modernizing applications (refactoring .NET/Java into microservices) and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
