<p>Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):</p> <p>This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may expand to include other duties and responsibilities based on business need.</p> <ul> <li>Create new websites with the use of a Content Management toolset. </li><li>Make appropriate modifications to existing websites for all sites. </li><li>Ensure that integrated software for all sites is working as expected. </li><li>Work with external content writer/marketing firm to create social media content and get it scheduled throughout the year to attract prospective tenants. </li><li>Manage/Create social media platforms for all sites nationally. </li><li>Review and report on all reputational platforms. </li><li>Increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. </li><li>Research audience preferences and discover current trends. </li><li>Measure web traffic and monitor SEO. </li><li>Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness. </li><li>Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way. </li><li>Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries. </li><li>Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics. </li><li>Oversee social media accounts' layout. </li><li>Create, Maintain, and update digital ads for all properties. </li><li>Be able to work with third-party vendors. </li><li>Ensure that all social media and web content is ADA compliant. </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Proven work experience in web development with Social Media experience. </li><li>Expertise in multiple social media platforms. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. </li><li>Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video) that is ADA compliant. </li><li>Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels. </li><li>Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, including multi-tasking and analytical skills. </li><li>Previous experience working in the housing industry a plus. </li><li>College Degree or equivalent experience a plus. </li><li>Ability to work independently as well as a team player. </li><li>Motivated, well-organized with attention to detail. </li><li>Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>At least 5 years of experience in digital media management. </li><li>Excellent understanding of digital media platforms and analytics. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other digital media software. </li></ul> <p>McCormack Baron is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer, committed to diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging.</p>
