<p>JOB SUMMARY To troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, modify, set-up, adjust, and maintain production equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical, mechanical, robotic, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles of operation. </li><li>Reads and interprets diagrams, drawings, specifications, and instructions to perform maintenance and repair work. </li><li>Uses full range of measuring, gauging, analysis, machine and hand tools to perform maintenance work. </li><li>Sets-up and tests production equipment under power according to company safety standards and OSHA requirements. </li><li>Advises operators of standard operating procedures and requirements for working safely with production equipment. </li><li>Communicates maintenance problems, results, corrective actions, and recommendations to the chain-of-command, and to the customer as needed. </li><li>Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company standards or policies. </li><li>Works with other trades as part of a maintenance team - engineering, machinist, die maintenance, administrative personnel, etc. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by chain-of-command. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
