<p>We are seeking a Software Developer with a focus on DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment workflows, and ensuring the stability and scalability of our software systems. You will also collaborate with senior engineers to enhance our DevOps practices and contribute to building a more efficient development pipeline.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your DevOps expertise while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment:</p> <ul> <li>Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments across multiple environments </li><li>Write and improve automation scripts for deployment, testing, and infrastructure management </li><li>Work with the team to deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring scalability and reliability </li><li>Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices in development and DevOps processes </li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new features into production environments and resolve development lifecycle challenges </li><li>Help set up monitoring tools and assist in identifying and resolving issues in development and production environments </li><li>Document processes, configurations, and code to ensure that team members can easily reference and maintain systems </li><li>Contribute to evolving DevOps processes, tools, and infrastructure to improve development efficiency </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must possess a BA or BS degree and six years of software development experience, with a focus on DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management </li><li>Proficiency in at least one language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Go) </li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar </li><li>Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managing cloud resources </li><li>Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration </li><li>Proficient in Git and Git-based workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) </li><li>Familiarity with tools for infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues across the software development lifecycle </li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly for collaborating across teams </li></ul> <p>C2 Essentials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
