<p>Behavioral Health Technician - Sage Ridge</p> <p>AllHealth Network is currently looking for qualified experienced Behavioral Health Techs to join our team at our new Sage Ridge location. As a team we strive every day to nurture growth and recovery by caring for each other, our clients, and our future.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Behavioral Health Tech</p> <ul> <li>Supervise clients during assigned shift and provide resources as appropriate. </li><li>Document significant interactions/events, including clinical shift notes in electronic medical record. </li><li>Deliver new clients a comprehensive orientation to residential programming. Ensure that clients understand rules, campus layout, and guidelines for conduct. </li><li>Continually provide education and support to clients regarding program expectations, assignments, and schedules. </li><li>Participate in and promote a positive, supportive, and cooperative team environment. </li><li>Accurately provide clients with appointment times, messages, and assignment support as needed. </li><li>Using AllHealth Network protocol, assist in emergencies, including procedures and drills. </li><li>Safely complete property searches and properly dispose of contraband items. </li><li>Aid in client property and campus searches as needed. </li><li>Facilitate the delivery of client meals in a timely manner. </li><li>Support clinical staff and other departments in providing excellent client care. </li><li>Facilitate educational groups as needed. </li><li>As appropriate, encourage client participation in outings and wellness related activities. </li><li>Safely transport clients to off-campus events, meetings, and appointments as required. </li><li>Attend and actively participate in meetings, trainings, and other professional development opportunities. </li><li>Demonstrate knowledge and competency in ethical standards of the counseling profession. </li><li>Adhere to confidentiality laws including 42CFR Part 2, HIPAA and HITECH </li><li>Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures </li><li>Complete all required training as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines </li><li>Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or GED equivalent </li><li>Certified Addiction Technician designation is preferred </li><li>CPR/First Aid certified </li><li>One year of prior work experience in behavioral health is preferred </li></ul> <p>Skills/Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to relate with detachment and empathy to clients and </li><li>Demonstrated ability to set and hold boundaries </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written </li><li>Skilled in exercising sensitivity to the diverse cultural and situational needs of clients </li><li>Dedication to continued professional </li><li>Ability to operationalize organizational values when solving problems and making </li><li>Ability to make decisions in crisis situations through a trauma informed </li><li>Authentic commitment to Harmony's mission and vision, actively working to further organizational objectives </li></ul> <p>Shift/Location:</p> <p>Full-time and Part-Time</p> <p>Watkins, CO</p> <p>Pay Rate:</p> <p>$22 - $24 an hour</p> <p>The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
