This hybrid position requires a strong blend of visual design expertise and front-end development skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, brand-compliant assets across digital platforms. This role also supports documentation development and team coordination to drive operational efficiency and project success.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Digital Design & Production</p> <ul> <li>Design and produce visually compelling digital assets including websites, email campaigns, display banners, and interactive sales aids (ISAs). </li><li>Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and meets quality standards for clarity, usability, and consistency. </li><li>Support iterative design processes and collaborate with stakeholders to implement feedback efficiently. </li></ul> <p>Front-End Development</p> <ul> <li>Develop responsive HTML and Knak emails, animated banners, and other front-end digital deliverables. </li><li>Ensure cross-platform compatibility and performance, adhering to accessibility best practices and technical specifications. </li><li>Conduct QA testing and troubleshooting to maintain a seamless user experience. </li></ul> <p>Documentation & Workflow Management</p> <ul> <li>Create and manage Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to guide development and QA processes. </li><li>Support project lifecycles by maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation from kickoff through final delivery (AFD). </li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of team documentation standards and processes. </li></ul> <p>Team Support & Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Assist in managing the workload of development and production team members, ensuring project timelines are met. </li><li>Provide support in troubleshooting production challenges and maintaining workflow efficiency. </li><li>Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Creative, Regulatory, and Development. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5 years of experience in a hybrid front-end development and digital design role </li><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Knak, and animation tools for banner development </li><li>Strong visual design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) </li><li>Experience with digital asset QA and documentation (FRDs, QA logs, etc.) </li><li>Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira) and Agile workflows a plus </li><li>Experience in a regulated industry or healthcare/pharma environment is highly desirable </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Applicable only to applicants</p>
