We're looking for a Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations & Campaigns, who will help create repeatable, measurable results, optimizing marketing campaign performance and driving growth. This role is accountable for how marketing campaigns are planned, prioritized, launched, promoted and measured across all corporate marketing functions-including events, web, creative, research and communications. Partnering closely with sales, sales operations, enablement and technology partners, this leader helps ensure that investments translate into coordinated go-to-market execution, predictable delivery and measurable business impact. This role requires a degree of autonomy to develop and implement strategies across multiple sectors and disciplines and will play a pivotal role in improving user experience and growing our business.</p> <p>The right candidate can lead a multidisciplinary team in setting, executing and achieving marketing objectives aimed at sustaining brand and market positioning and influencing profitable growth. They are a competent professional, able to design strategies, establish guidelines and objectives, manage budgets and schedules, and assess and coach employees. The candidate is a humble yet passionate individual who is dedicated to helping those around them do their best work.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Create, manage and execute demand generation, lead generation and account-based marketing campaigns in partnership with business leaders and sales and marketing colleagues. • Research and analyze campaign and conversion data and work closely with team members to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance.• Manage strategy and execution for email marketing, paid media, marketing automation and nurture journeys. • Work with stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategic project briefs for campaigns and proactively communicate throughout campaigns. • Effectively coach, mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals. • Manage external agency partners and technology providers to properly guide and accelerate strategies. • Conduct research to learn about how we do business and what engages our target audiences. Synthesize findings into actionable insights.• Define, track, and present success metrics that show reach, engagement, conversion, campaign impact. • Partner with sales, sales operations and technology to connect marketing activity to business outcomes. • Serve as a cross-functional leader, driving alignment and collaboration. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Supervisory or Management Responsibilities:(List any responsibilities to directly or indirectly manage other individuals within the organization.)• Supervise and performance manage team members.• Oversee external agencies and vendors.• Manage internal client expectations and relationships.• Budget administration and billing.</p> <p>Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:• At least 8+ years of experience in a digital marketing role of increasing responsibility; agency experience strongly preferred.• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related business field (or related coursework).• Demand generation, lead generation, and/or sales enablement programming and/or leadership experience.• Expert project management and presentation skills.• Experience with user experience/HTML, marketing automation, CRM-based tools and technology.• Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Pardot platforms highly preferred.• Strong analytical skills and results-orientation with keen focus on demonstrable ROI. • Ability to build and motivate teams and attract, train and retain high potential employees.• Ability to solve problems and think strategically.• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.</p> <p>Competencies:• Quality as job one.
