<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Receive incoming shipments; inspect for damage, verify quantities, and match against purchase orders and packing slips </li><li>Accurately enter receipts into ERP/WMS systems </li><li>Label, store, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations </li><li>Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and staging orders </li><li>Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment </li><li>Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics to prioritize material flow </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular audits </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including proper forklift operation </li><li>Handle documentation such as bills of lading, shipping manifests, and carrier paperwork </li><li>Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to appropriate teams </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred </li><li>1-3 years of shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred </li><li>Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) </li><li>Basic computer skills (ERP/WMS experience preferred) </li><li>Ability to read shipping documents and follow work instructions </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both orally and in writing. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly </li><li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, and equipment operation </li><li>Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment </li></ul>
