EOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Medical Records Clerk with YesCare at (Facility Name) located in (City, State):</p> <ul> <li>Retrieve medical charts for all healthcare staff or clinicians as requested. File daily all in use medical records. Secure all active and inactive medical records. </li><li>Assure that charts are counter-signed by Physician, check charts for completeness. </li><li>Release information at the direction of the Medical Records Supervisor, Medical Director or Health Services Administrator. </li><li>Answer the telephone, take messages and make telephone calls.
