<p>Role: Client Partner - LSHC MedTech</p> <p>Location: Minneapolis, MN</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Proven track record in relationship management, account management, or consulting roles.</p> <p>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.</p> <p>Ability to manage complex engagements in a global delivery model.</p> <p>Understanding and experience of Life Sciences & Healthcare / MedTech domain preferred</p> <p>MedTech Domain Expertise Preferred</p> <p>Exposure & Knowledge of Digital Technologies</p> <p>Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML, ERP, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity</p> <p>Experience with ITIL processes, service delivery governance, and SLA management</p> <p>Ability to manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement strategies, Stakeholder Management</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>Client Engagement & Relationship Management</p> <p>Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership and key stakeholders at VP & CxO levels.</p> <p>Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships to understand business priorities, pain points, and growth opportunities.</p> <p>Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on technology adoption and transformation strategies.</p> <p>Strateg ic Planning & Alignment</p> <p>Translate client business objectives into actionable IT strategies and roadmaps.</p> <p>Align TCS offerings with client goals to maximize value realization.</p> <p>Identify opportunities for innovation across Infrastructure, Application and Engineering areas with strong focus on AI / Gen AI.</p> <p>Value Delivery & Governance</p> <p>Ensure delivery of agreed business outcomes and track value realization metrics.</p> <p>Facilitate governance meetings, manage escalations, and ensure compliance with SLAs.</p> <p>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery and operations.</p> <p>Opportunity Pursuit & Revenue Growth</p> <ul> <li>Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing accounts. </li><li>Collaborate with sales and solution teams to develop proposals and win strategies. </li><li>Achieve revenue targets through proactive engagement and strategic deal closures. </li></ul> <p>P&L Ownership & Financial Management</p> <ul> <li>Own the P&L for assigned accounts, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization. </li><li>Develop and execute account plans with clear financial targets and growth strategies. </li><li>Monitor financial performance, forecast revenue, and manage budgets effectively. </li><li>Drive margin improvement through operational efficiency and value-based delivery. </li></ul> <p>Domain Expertise & Advisory</p> <p>Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends impacting MedTech (e.g., IoMT, AI/ML, cloud adoption, cybersecurity).</p> <p>Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and digital transformation strategies.</p> <p>Collaboration & Leadership</p> <p>Work closely with internal delivery teams, solution architects, and industry consultants to ensure seamless execution of delivery and services to the customer.</p> <p>Influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams in a global delivery model</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA or equivalent</p> <p>Proven track record in business relationship management, account management, or consulting roles.</p> <p>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.</p> <p>Ability to manage complex engagements in a global delivery model.</p> <p>Understanding and experience of Life Sciences & Healthcare / MedTech domain preferred</p> <p>MedTech Domain Expertise Preferred</p> <p>Exposure & Knowledge of Digital Technologies</p> <p>Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML, ERP, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity</p> <p>Experience with ITIL processes, service delivery governance, and SLA management</p> <p>Ability to manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement strategies, Stakeholder Management</p> <p>Salary Range: $110,500 - $171,400 a year</p>
