<p>Potential first year earnings of $82,914.90 based upon average route hours; actual annual earnings may vary based upon length of route.</p> <p>Operate a class 8 tractor-trailer providing safe, timely, and accurate route deliveries to store locations as part of our company fleet.</p> <ul> <li>Home Daily </li><li>5 Day Work Week </li><li>No Weekends </li><li>Salary package includes safety incentives, driver bonuses and performance-based raises </li><li>Overnight Route Delivery with Dedicated Routes </li><li>Low Touch Freight using full pallet deliveries </li><li>Modern Fleet of Tractors and Trailers </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Operate a commercial Class 8 tractor-trailer to complete safe, timely, and accurate route deliveries in compliance with DOT and company regulations.</p> <p>Utilize electric pallet jacks and lift gates to load, unload, and deliver merchandise to designated store locations.</p> <p>Follow assigned routes, stops, and schedules to ensure efficient deliveries within set timeframes.</p> <p>Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain Hours of Service (HOS) logs, and comply with FMCSA regulations.</p> <p>Secure all loads, vehicle doors, and alarms before and after each stop; ensure proper delivery verification and manage returned merchandise.</p> <p>Assist with various delivery routes as needed to support operational requirements.</p> <p>SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES</p> <p>Required:</p> <p>Working knowledge of DOT regulations, logbook, and vehicle inspections</p> <p>Maintain a clean MVR and a valid DOT physical status</p> <p>Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests</p> <p>Must possess a current Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement</p> <p>Must maintain the ability to work flexible hours</p> <p>O'Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.
