<p>TAE Life Sciences (TLS) is a biologically targeted radiation therapy company focused on developing novel treatment to improve the lives of patients with difficult-to-treat cancers. TLS has developed breakthrough technology for the clinical investigation of Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) to provide a treatment option for patients with malignancies that are difficult to treat through traditional methods, such as head, neck and brain cancers. Our proprietary accelerator-based BNCT platform combines two well-known modalities - biological targeting and radiation therapy - for precision treatment at the cellular level.</p> <p>We currently have an opening at our Southern CA facility for a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will join a world-class medical accelerator program as a member of the Program Management Office. This role focuses on coordinating and supporting Corporate, R&D, and Operational elements of current and future Medical Beam Programs.</p> <p>About The Job</p> <ul> <li>Team Coordination & Support: Coordinate work efforts between TAE and TAE Life Sciences medical teams. Work closely with Engineering, Physics, Manufacturing, and Quality groups to define tasks, assist with status updates, and address roadblocks. </li><li>Procurement & Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the procurement queue in Jira. Participate in weekly meetings with project engineers to initiate purchase requests, track procurement risks, and align schedules based on receiving dates. Manage receiving inspection priorities and update ticket statuses accordingly. </li><li>Schedule meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items </li><li>Documentation & Change Management: Partner with project engineers and technical writers to ensure the completion of procedures. Track document redlines/revisions. Review the Arena Change Order Queue weekly and shepherd critical orders through the approval process. </li><li>Project Resource Guidance: Guide requestors through resource allocation, budget identification, and execution timelines for new project requests. </li><li>Operational Support: Support team deployments for CNAO by aligning travel staff and administration for flights, logistics, and IT equipment. </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li>Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise project management tools such as Jira/Confluence or Clarity. </li><li>Project Management Skills: Proven ability to monitor action items, project schedules, and facilitate sprint reviews/backlog grooming. </li><li>Communication & Organization: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on fast and efficient note-taking. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Interpersonal Skills: Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <p>Required Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education:</p> <ul> <li>Certifications Project Management or related fields. </li></ul> <p>At TLS, we consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and job-related knowledge, training; licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered (non-Sr., Sr.).
