<p>We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Coordinator based in Bogotá, Colombia.</p> <p>The role involves designing and implementing compensation, labor relations, benefits and wellbeing plans, with the aim of attracting, retaining and developing the best talent in Colombia and Ecuador.</p> <p>Main responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Implement compensation and benefits plans in accordance with Prysmian's Corporate Policy.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct salary market studies and comparative analyses, and design proposals to improve the compensation plan and local and expatriate benefits.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage payroll, coordinating necessary implementation actions, payments, financial reports, control, interfaces, reporting, and legal compliance, as well as the recovery of sick leave, parafiscal contributions, UGPP, DIAN, and others.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and ensure compliance with the labor cost budget and manage the budget.</p> </li><li> <p>Verify the traceability of figures related to personnel expenses and hidden costs by cost center, as well as accounting reconciliation.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the submission and presentation of KPI reports on efficiency, workforce, labor costs, and provisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the quality and accuracy of information related to payroll, social security, and hiring.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct measurements and analyses of human capital indicators, ensuring compliance with the area's targets.</p> </li><li> <p>Update information in the Integrated Management System (BSC, documentation routes, formats, etc.)</p> </li></ul> <p>Who are we looking for?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Professional with a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Labor Law, or a related field, preferably with a graduate degree in a subject relevant to the position.</p> </li><li> <p>At least 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and labor relations management, preferably at multinational companies in the manufacturing or consumer goods sectors, or at industrial plants.</p> </li><li> <p>Skills in accounting analysis, management of performance indicators, budget management, and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with salary surveys and comparative analyses: internal equity, salary bands, variable compensation, and job evaluation.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with collective bargaining agreements.</p> </li><li> <p>Intermediate level of English.</p> </li></ul> <p>Buscamos un(a) Coordinador(a) de compensación y beneficios con experiencia, con sede en Bogotá, Colombia.</p> <p>Responsable de diseñar e implementar planes y estrategias de compensación, relaciones laborales, beneficios y plan de bienestar, con el fin de atraer, retener y desarrollar el mejor talento del mercado en Colombia y Ecuador.</p> <p>Responsabilidades principales</p> <ul> <li> <p>Implementar planes de remuneración y prestaciones de acuerdo con la Política Corporativa Prysmian.</p> </li><li> <p>Realizar estudios de mercado salarial y análisis comparativos, y diseñar propuestas de mejora del plan de remuneración y de las prestaciones locales y para expatriados.</p> </li><li> <p>Gestión de nóminas, coordinando las acciones de ejecución necesarias, pagos, informes financieros, control, interfaz, presentación de informes y cumplimiento legal, recuperación de incapacidades, parafiscales, UGPP, DIAN, entre otros.</p> </li><li> <p>Llevar a cabo la planificación y el cumplimiento del presupuesto de costos laborales y manejo de presupuesto</p> </li><li> <p>Verificar la trazabilidad de las cifras en gastos de personal, gastos ocultos por centros de coste, así como la conciliación contable.</p> </li><li> <p>Garantizar el envío y la presentación de informes de KPI de eficiencia, plantilla, costos laborales y provisiones.</p> </li><li> <p>Garantizar la calidad y la precisión de la información relacionada con nóminas, seguridad social y contratación.</p> </li><li> <p>Realizar mediciones y análisis de indicadores de capital humano, asegurando el cumplimiento de los indicadores del área.</p> </li><li> <p>Actualizar la información en el Sistema de Gestión Integral (BSC, rutas de documentación, formatos, etc.)</p> </li></ul> <p>¿A quién buscamos?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Psicología, Ingeniería Industrial, Derecho Laboral o afines, preferiblemente con posgrado en temas relacionados con la posición.</p> </li><li> <p>Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de compensación, beneficios y relaciones laborales de preferencia en empresas multinacionales del sector manufacturero, de gran consumo o en plantas industriales.</p> </li><li> <p>Habilidad en análisis contable, manejo de indicadores de gestión, manejo de presupuestos y de reportes.</p> </li><li> <p>Manejo de estudios salariales y análisis comparativos: equidad interna, bandas salariales, remuneración variable, evaluación de puestos.</p> </li><li>
